Hi! I’m Jackie Portillo, the office manager at Tricoastal Narcolepsy and Sleep Disorders Center. I began at Tricoastal Sleep in 2021 during its infancy. You can count on my due diligence to maintain a good patient and office relations to better serve your customer care and overall health concerns. I’m here to help you with any questions or concerns about your sleep management. As a patient who is diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea and narcolepsy, I can relate to patients and help guide them with an understanding and compassion regarding sleep disorders. I’m a “Jack of all trades” for over 10 years: From my beginning’s as a medical assistant in family medicine, vascular, OBGYN and pediatrics. This background led me to sleep medicine and channeled my passion for patient advocacy.
